Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. The role requires a strong understanding of property management best practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle tenant relations effectively.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage property maintenance and coordinate repairs.
    • Screen and manage tenant applications and agreements.
    • Ensure timely rent collection and manage property budgets.
    • Address tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
    • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in property management software and tools.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
